How do I get a student or parent account?
You cannot sign up directly as a student or parent. Your teacher creates your account and shares login credentials with you. Contact your teacher if you do not have access.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. If you are a student or parent, contact your teacher — they can reset your password from the Students tab in the app.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Clarix → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled. Also check that Do Not Disturb is not active. If the problem persists, sign out of the app and sign back in.
How do I submit an assignment with photos or a voice note?
Open the assignment, scroll to the submission section, and tap "Add Photos" to attach images or use the microphone button to record a voice note. Tap Submit when ready.
Can a parent see multiple children in one account?
Yes. Your teacher can link multiple students to a single parent account. Ask your teacher to link all your children from the Students tab.
How do I delete my data or account?
Teachers can erase all class data from Settings → Erase All Data inside the app, or delete their account entirely from Settings → Delete Account. Students and parents should contact their teacher or email us directly.
The app is not loading — what should I do?
Check your internet connection, then force-close and reopen Clarix. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. Your data is stored securely in the cloud and will be restored on login.
Is Clarix free to use?
Clarix offers a free plan with core features. A Clarix Pro subscription unlocks unlimited students, subjects, assignments, and advanced features. You can subscribe from within the app.
