Please read these terms carefully before using Clarix
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clarix iOS application ("App") operated by Ahsan ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 4 years old to use Clarix. Student and parent accounts must be created by a registered teacher. By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Teachers register directly and are responsible for their class, including all content they create and all student and parent accounts they enroll. Teachers must keep their login credentials confidential.
Student and parent accounts are created and managed by teachers. If you are a student or parent, your account access depends on your teacher maintaining an active Clarix account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at clarix@haaa.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use Clarix only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Clarix, including assignments, voice notes, photos, and messages. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
We do not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Clarix service.
Clarix offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
You may stop using Clarix and delete your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clarix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from App downtime or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Clarix, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
Your use of Clarix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of Clarix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
